Fajardo has beautiful beaches that are surrounded by clam, clear waters ideal for snorkeling, scuba diving, offshore sailing and plenty different kinds of water sports. Fajardo is also home to "Las Cabezas", one of the most important natural areas in Puerto Rico. Las Cabezas, which means "headlands", refers to three headlands that extend into the Atlantic Ocean. It has an impressive representation of seven different ecological systems including beaches, coral reefs, lagoons, dry forests and mangroves and embraces a portion of the island's lush tropical rain forests. Scuba diving offered at The Fajardo Inn is provided by an independent operator, Sea Ventures Pro Dive Center, not affiliated to The Fajardo Inn. While on your diving excursion, The Fajardo Inn will not be held responsible for any injury, or inconvenience encountered. Sea Ventures is a long established, licensed, and insured professional diving operator, with many qualified guides and instructors to ensure the best possible diving adventure. Six Day Diving Package - (Adults 18 & over, Proof of nationally recognized SCUBA Certification required.) This extended package is for six days and five nights in a Double Room, which has two Queen size beds, and includes four days of diving with two separate dives each day. A total of 8 tanks worth. The package also includes a continental breakfast every morning in the Hotel Restaurant. Four Day Diving Package (Adults 18 & over, Proof of nationally recognized SCUBA Certification required.) This package includes four days and three nights in a Double Room, which has two Queen size beds, and includes two days of diving with two dives each day, for a total of four tanks worth. The package also includes a continental breakfast every morning in the Hotel Restaurant. Three Day, Diver / Non-Diver package (Adults 18 & over, Proof of nationally recognized SCUBA Certification required.) This package is for one diver couple, where one of you will be SCUBA diving and the other snorkeling, or simply going along for the boat ride. It includes accommodations for two people, for three days and two nights in a Double Room, which has two Queen size beds. Also includes one day of diving with two dives, for one person, for a total of two tanks worth, and one day of snorkeling for the non diver. The package also includes a continental breakfast for two every morning in the Hotel Restaurant. Five Day Certification Package - (Adults 18 & over, must successfully complete course to receive certification). This package is for five days and four nights in a Double Room, which has two Queen size beds, and includes a complete PADI certification course, which upon successfully completing, will grant you a PADI SCUBA certification to return home with. The package includes classroom work, pool work, and two separate open water tank dives. The package also includes a continental breakfast every morning in the Hotel Restaurant.
